Shoot for a Cure Auction Rules

Registration: Register at the reception desk and obtain a bid number and card, which will be used for live auction bidding.

Live Auction: The Auctioneer will lead the Live Auction. If you wish to bid on
an item, raise your Bid Number to one of the auctioneers. The auctioneer will call your bid number or point to you when you have the bid. DO NOT signal the auctioneer if you do not wish to bid.

Check Out: Take your bid number and item number(s) to the cashier. Please do not remove any items until after you have checked out.

Pay: Pay by cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, AMEX or debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo. You may also pay by check (payable to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation).

Collect: The cashier will provide you with a receipt A runner will bring your purchased items to you. Please be prepared to show your receipts as you leave.

General Rules:

• Auction items listed in the program are subject to change.
• All auction purchases are final. No refunds, transfers, exchanges or redemption for cash.
• Purchasers shall have no recourse against the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
with respect to the goods or services purchased at the auction.
• All items must be paid for on auction night.
• Once an item is claimed, the owner assumes all responsibility for security.
• Purchasers must remove all items purchased from the premises on the night of the auction.
