Emily was inspired to be a high school cheerleader. A chronic
lung disease, cystic fibrosis, could not stop her from making
the cheer squad. Now, while she is cheering on Saydel sports
teams, she’s also an incredible inspiration to others!

Blank Children’s Hospital features more than 50 pediatric
specialists who provide the best in pediatric care — from
preventative care to treatment for chronic conditions, like
Emily’s. Our providers and staff understand the importance
of finding what truly inspires every patient.
